ABOUT EMPLOYMENT
As a student employee in the Popp Martin Student Union and the Cone University Center there are a number of expectations, requirements and benefits.
EXPECTATIONS
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and guests
- Adhere to the department dress code and adhere to all department policies and procedures
- Work in a team environment with both students and professional staff
- Actively participate in trainings, meetings, workshops, and work all assigned shifts
- Have a knowledge of the Popp Martin Student Union, Cone University Center and UNC Charlotte
- Act and communicate professionally in the workplace
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at UNC Charlotte
- Attend all required Student Employee Program training, meetings, and activities
- Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA (2.3 for managers)
- Be "in good standing" with the University
- Work in a team environment
